caulfield Grammar School

Located at the St Kilda campus, the new Caulfield Grammar School Teaching and Learning 01 Building aims to deliver the CGS Strategy 2031 Vision to enable a rich contemporary learning environment for the community. The purpose of the 01 Building development is to inspire, innovate, grow and connect their students with different communities.

P&R Mechanical Services designed and conducted all ductwork, ventilation and air conditioning systems within the new 01 Building. This comprised of VRF, air-cooled, and heat recovery systems, as well as exhaust, outside air and smoke management systems. These works also included BMS (Building Management Systems) and organising the coordination of all services on site.
