The Norlane Aquatic Recreation Centre project was constructed to include facilities such as internal swimming pools, gym rooms, multipurpose rooms, foyers and reception areas, office & meeting spaces, function rooms, consulting rooms and a creche. This also included one plant room and one plant deck.

P&R Mechanical Services’ Scope of Works outlined incorporating 100% outside air AHUs to aid with heat recovery of the pool halls, also utilising OPEN Dynamics Control Systems via fabric ductwork. P&R Mechanical Services also provided air exhaust and ventilation systems, ducted heating and cooling units, as well as split wall systems to aid in the heating and cooling efficiency of the overall building.
