The redevelopment of the Northcote Aquatic Centre was to encourage a highly sustainable new facility on the site of the existing aquatic centre, integrating a number of technologies to minimise the energy and water consumption of the facility. This includes elements such as indoor and outdoor aquatic facilites, wet and dry amenities, new gym area and new administration and hospitality facilities.

P&R Mechanical Services’ Scope of Works included the set-out and relocation of existing services to be managed in a safe and accessible manner. This also included the supply and installation of upgrading existing plantroom equipment, coordinating with other services to ensure smooth installation processes, and providing commissioning with documentation.
