St albans leisure centre

St Albans Leisure Centre’s brand new facility consists of 3 indoor pools, splash pad and waterslide area, gymnasium and functional training area, wellness centre including sauna rooms, multi-purpose rooms as well as a cafe. The whole facility offers disability access to all areas of the centre.

P&R Mechanical Services’ Scope of Works consisted of providing a central plant for comfort heating and cooling & pool water heating. VRF systems, ventilation systems and a BMS (Building Management System) were also implemented to control all mechanical services and interface with various other services items.
