PLC Aquatic Centre

PLC Aquatic Centre is the latest project at the Presbyterian Ladies College in Burwood

P&R Mechanical Services provided PLC’s new Aquatic Centre with heating and cooling of the new pool area, office spaces, spin rooms and gym areas. This also included ventilation in the basketball hub

This was achieved with the application of heat pumps in the plant area. Large AHUs were also utilised to ventilate and climatise each area of the building, using fabric duct in the pool area

P&R Mechanical Services also carried out the supply and installation of the Building Management System (BMS)
